Sabrina is a certified nutritionist, lactation educator, First Line Therapist practitioner, and an
activist for food diversity, sustainability, and the environment. She completed a Nutritional
Medicine Program at The American University of Complementary Medicine in 2005 where
she studied under Diana Noland, MPH, RD, CCN, LD. DIFM, who was on the Faculty of the
Institute for Functional Medicine.
In 2007 Sabrina completed her Lactation Educator training at UCLA. Sabrina has additional
training and certification in Blood Chemistry Analysis, Functional Endocrinology, Applying
Advanced Nutritional Strategies for Autoimmune Diseases, Mastering Brain Chemistry,
Understanding Gluten sensitivity, and Leaky Gut.
These modules of training were sponsored by the University of Bridgeport and taught by Dr.
Datis Kharrazian. DHSc, DC, MS, Ph.D. in 2007.
